Refunds
If DribbleVault Pro is not what you expected, you can have your money back in full within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.

14 days, full refund, no questions.
The 14 days start on the date of your order. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, for the full amount, including any tax that was charged.
How to ask
- Email support@dribblesoft.com from the address you bought with.
- Include your order number. It is in the receipt email you got when you bought Pro.
We usually reply within two business days. After we approve a refund, how quickly it shows up depends on your bank or card provider, and is often 5–10 business days.
Who processes the payment
Payments and refunds go through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They handle the transaction, the receipt and any tax. You can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt to ask for a refund.
What happens to your vault
Nothing. A refund never touches your data. Your vault still opens, and
every password, note and file stays readable, copyable and exportable. The free version is
a complete password manager that keeps working. You only lose the Pro features: adding new
files to the file vault and .env vault, and the Security Center.
Your licence
A DribbleVault licence is a signed file that the app checks offline. There is no activation and no call home. That is deliberate, and it is why a licence keeps working if we disappear.
It also means we cannot switch off the copy you already have. What we do instead: a refunded licence is added to a list built into each new version of DribbleVault, and no version released after your refund will unlock Pro with it. Please remove it in Settings › Licence › Remove licence and stop using it. The list holds only the licence number, never your name or email.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something went wrong. That includes paying twice by mistake, or Pro not running on your Mac and us not being able to fix it. We look at these one by one.
Before you buy
You do not have to buy Pro to try DribbleVault. The free version is not a trial and does not expire, so you can use it for as long as you like before you decide.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. It does not take any of them away.
